Background
Brian Angelichio is in his first season as the Steelers' offensive coordinator in 2026. He most recently served as the tight ends coach/passing game coordinator for the Minnesota Vikings for four years. With three decades of coaching experience across the collegiate and professional ranks, Angelichio will enter his 15th NFL season. In addition to his tenure in Minnesota (2022-25), he previously served as tight ends coach with Carolina (2020-21), Washington (2019), Green Bay (2016-18), Cleveland (2014-15) and Tampa Bay (2012-13).
Scheme & Fantasy Angle
Angelichio takes over play-calling as the Steelers' offensive coordinator after a passing-game-coordinator background, and his long history coaching tight ends is worth tracking for how the position is featured in the passing attack.
