Not according to anything in the wiki — there's zero mention of the Browns trading Shedeur Sanders. In fact, everything points the opposite direction. Sanders is very much still in Cleveland and in a legitimate battle for the starting QB job.
Head coach Todd Monken has called both Sanders and Deshaun Watson "starting-level quarterbacks," and the competition is expected to stretch into training camp and preseason games (from the Shedeur Sanders page). If anything, Sanders has been trending upward — his processing and footwork have impressed the coaching staff, with insiders noting his "aura" has pushed the QB decision timeline back. Monken even said he "leans one way or the other" daily between the two.
So no trade buzz here. It's a full-on QB fight in Cleveland heading into August.
