Background
Shane Toub enters his fourth season in Washington and first as the team's Assistant Offensive Line Coach. Toub spent the previous three seasons as an Offensive Quality Control Coach, working primarily with the offensive line. He previously worked for the Chicago Bears as an offensive assistant (2018-19) and defensive quality control coach (2020-21), and spent 2022 as a defensive quality control coach at the University of Kansas. Toub played five seasons at the University of Dayton, starting 34 games at center. He is the son of David Toub, the special teams coordinator for the Kansas City Chiefs.
