Mike Sullivan enters his 21st season in the NFL and most recently worked with the Pittsburgh Steelers, serving as the team's quarterbacks coach from 2021-23 and as a senior offensive assistant in 2024. In his second season with the club, Sullivan led in the development of 2022 first-round draft pick Kenny Pickett, who started the final 12 games of the season and led the team to a 7-5 finish as a starter. In 2021, Sullivan worked with Ben Roethlisberger during the final season of his 18-year career as he threw for 3,740 yards and 22 touchdowns, helping Pittsburgh to a postseason berth.
