Jesse Madden is entering his first season as Assistant Running Backs Coach after spending his first season as an Offensive Quality Control Coach for the Washington Commanders. In 2025, Madden worked closely with Run Game Coordinator/Running Backs Coach Anthony Lynn. Madden, the grandson of Pro Football Hall of Famer John Madden, graduated from the University of Michigan, where he played quarterback as a freshman (2021) before switching to defensive back for two seasons (2022-23) and was a member of the 2024 national championship team. He earned scout team player of the year honors (2022) and was a two-time academic All-Big Ten honoree.
