Background
Derek Warehime brings more than two decades of collegiate coaching experience to Minnesota and serves as the Vikings Assistant Offensive Line Coach. He was previously named Kentucky's Run Game Coordinator in December of 2025 following three seasons (2023-25) as Coastal Carolina's Offensive Line Coach and Run Game Coordinator. Warehime spent the 2020-22 seasons as New Mexico's Offensive Coordinator and Tight Ends Coach, marking his second stint with the Lobos, having previously served as the team's tight ends coach from 2012-14.
