Background

David Raih is entering his third season with Washington and first as the team's Offensive Pass Game Coordinator after two seasons as the team's Tight Ends Coach. Over the past two seasons Raih worked closely with tight end Zach Ertz, who became a valued target for quarterback Jayden Daniels; in 2024 Ertz ranked tied for fourth among tight ends in receiving touchdowns (7) and tied for sixth in receptions (66). Raih previously served as a senior offensive analyst for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2023), offensive coordinator at Vanderbilt (2021), wide receivers coach with the Arizona Cardinals (2019-20) and an assistant coach with the Green Bay Packers (2014-18). A native of Edina, Minnesota, Raih played quarterback at Iowa.
