The answer is Rylie Mills, a defensive end the Seahawks took in the 5th round (pick 142) of the 2025 draft. He basically redshirted his rookie year recovering from a college-ending injury, but made an instant splash when he finally got on the field — recording a sack in just five defensive snaps during Super Bowl 60 against the Patriots. (from the Rylie Mills page)
Now fully healthy, the reasoning for a 2026 breakout is simple: Mills will feast on one-on-one matchups because the rest of Seattle's D-line — Leonard Williams, Byron Murphy II, and Jarran Reed — will command double teams. He was explicitly dubbed a breakout candidate in a recent Seahawks camp report.
That said, he's a defensive end in a loaded rotation, so in fantasy terms he's really only relevant in IDP leagues — not something to worry about in standard redraft.
