There's no report anywhere in the wiki of Mike McCarthy being injured. His page shows him actively coaching — the most recent news (Oct 18) has Aaron Rodgers rallying the Steelers past the Buccaneers in Week 6, with McCarthy still at the helm (from the Mike McCarthy page).
Nothing suggests he'll miss Week 7, when Pittsburgh travels to Paris for the first NFL regular-season game in France against the Saints — that 1,000-mile trip to Tampa plus the long flight to France is flagged in the wiki mostly as a concern for player injuries (Pittman on IR, Wilson, Dean, Ramsey, Benton on the report), not the coaching staff (from the Pittsburgh Steelers page). So as far as the wiki is concerned: no injury, and yes, he coaches in Week 7.
