Fourth-round 2024 pick Mason McCormick has quickly cemented himself as Pittsburgh's starting left guard. After stepping into the lineup in Week 4 as a rookie, he appeared in all 17 games with 14 starts. By 2025, he had established himself as a full-time starter, playing every game and continuing to develop alongside center Zach Frazier. The Steelers view him as part of their young interior offensive line core. With coaching from James Campen in 2026, the focus shifts to consistency and continued technical improvement.
