2026 Outlook
Willis transferred to Washington for his final season to develop under coach Jedd Fisch and now lands with San Francisco, where he's running the exact same terminology and scheme. He's expected to compete at left guard initially, with potential to move to center long-term. Fisch had him work snaps at center in practice to prepare him. In training camp, Willis is competing against Connor Colby (2025 rookie with starting experience), Robert Jones (six-year vet), and Brett Toth (seven-year vet) for the left guard job.
