Background
Scott Elliott is in his seventh year with the Ravens and oversees the strength and conditioning program that prepares players for the NFL season. He was named strength & conditioning coordinator in February 2023 after joining the organization in 2019 as a coaching analyst - performance. Elliott guides all speed, strength training and recovery initiatives with a focus on injury prevention and energy system training. Before Baltimore, he owned a full-service performance training facility in Lawrence, KS (2011-18) and worked in sports agency operations and as a college strength coach at Colorado. He graduated cum laude from Emporia State University, where he played basketball.
