Background

Scott Booker joins the Patriots as safeties coach after serving as nickels/senior defensive assistant for the Buffalo Bills in 2024. He spent six seasons with the Tennessee Titans under Mike Vrabel, as a defensive assistant (2018-19) and safeties coach (2020-23), where S Kevin Byard earned All-Pro and Pro Bowl honors. Before the NFL, Booker spent 15 years in college coaching, most notably as tight ends coach and special teams coordinator at Notre Dame (2012-16).
