Background

Khym enters his fifth season with Indianapolis and his third as strength & conditioning assistant/performance therapist. He was the club's functional movement therapist/conditioning for two years (2022-23). Khym served as a summer intern for the Colts' sports medicine department prior to the 2021 season.

During the 2024 offseason, Khym assisted with implementing a new sports performance program that focuses on collaboration with strength & conditioning, sports science, nutrition, sports medicine, coaching, analytics and personnel to enhance athletic performance by delivering world-class assessment, position-specific training and athlete management.
