Background

Randy Brown is in his 18th season on the Ravens' special teams staff. Originally joining Baltimore in 2008 as a kicking consultant, he has worked with John Harbaugh since beginning his coaching career with the Eagles in 2004. Brown has helped coach six Pro Bowl Ravens, including long snapper Morgan Cox, returner Devin Duvernay, punter Sam Koch and kickers Justin Tucker, Billy Cundiff and Matt Stover. Under his guidance (2012-24), Tucker became the most accurate kicker in NFL history, and Baltimore's special teams finished in the Top 10 of Football Outsiders' DVOA ratings every year from 2012-23, including a league-high four No. 1 overall ratings.
