Hackett was hired as the Cardinals' offensive coordinator in 2026 with 17 years of NFL coaching experience, including 10 as an offensive coordinator with the Jets (2023-24), Packers (2019-21), Jaguars (2016-18) and Bills (2013-14), plus one season as head coach of the Denver Broncos (2022). Since 2017 he has been part of five postseason runs and three conference championship games. His offenses have produced three top-10 units, and his 2019-21 Green Bay run helped QB Aaron Rodgers earn three straight Pro Bowls and back-to-back NFL MVP awards.
