Mike Bajakian was named the Browns quarterbacks coach in 2026, bringing more than 30 years of coaching experience. He spent the past seven seasons as an offensive coordinator/quarterbacks coach in college at Massachusetts, Utah, Northwestern and Boston College. He earlier served as Tampa Bay's quarterbacks coach (2015-18), where he helped develop No. 1 overall pick Jameis Winston, and held offensive coordinator roles at Tennessee, Cincinnati and Central Michigan. At Cincinnati he coached TE Travis Kelce and WR Antonio Brown before their NFL careers.
