Matt Robinson comes to the Raiders after spending the past five seasons with the Baltimore Ravens (2021-25), working with the outside linebackers in 2025 and assisting the defensive line in 2024. In 2023, he was a defensive quality control coach after originally joining the Ravens in 2021 as a defensive coaching fellow.
