Justin Outten enters his first season as run game coordinator after being hired by the Seahawks on February 18, 2025, as run game specialist/assistant offensive line coach. He spent two seasons (2023-24) with the Tennessee Titans and one season with the Denver Broncos (2022) as offensive coordinator. He also spent time coaching in the NFL with the Green Bay Packers (2019-21) and Atlanta Falcons (2016-18). For eight seasons (2008-15), he coached at Westfield High School in Houston after beginning his collegiate coaching career at Syracuse University (2007).
