Background

Josh Lima is entering his second season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and his first as quality control coach in 2026. In his first season with the team, he served as a coaching assistant/game day operations. Lima most recently served as the head football coach at Cumberland High School (R.I.), leaving as the winningest coach in program history. In his final season at the helm of the Clippers, Lima helped guide Cumberland to a state semifinals appearance and won the Rhode Island Division I Coach of the Year award the year prior.
