Joe Coniglio enters his fourth season with the Los Angeles Rams as their outside linebackers coach after serving at the Naval Academy for two seasons. During the 2025 season, Rams outside linebackers Jared Verse and Byron Young both earned Pro Bowl selections under Coniglio's leadership. Young set new career-highs in sacks (12.0), while Verse registered 7.5 sacks and ranked 10th in the league with 67 pressures.
