Jimmy Lake enters his third season with the Rams overall and first as the team's pass game coordinator/defensive backs coach after serving as a senior defensive assistant last season. Prior to re-joining the team in 2025, Lake served as the Rams' associate head coach in 2023 before spending the 2024 season as the defensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons. In 2024 under Lake's guidance, the Falcons defense finished seventh in interception return yards (187) and led the NFC with three interceptions returned for touchdowns.
