Background

Jason Houghtaling enters his first season as assistant offensive line coach with the Patriots, having held the same role with the Chicago Bears in 2024. He spent three seasons with the Tennessee Titans on Mike Vrabel's staff as assistant offensive line coach (2021-22) and offensive line coach (2023). Before the NFL, he spent 15 years in the college ranks, mostly at Wagner College, where he served as head coach from 2015-19 and twice as offensive coordinator.
