Grant Udinski was hired as offensive coordinator on February 5, 2025. He enters his seventh season coaching in the NFL and second in Jacksonville after three seasons (2022-24) with the Minnesota Vikings, most recently as the assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach.
