David Girardi enters his eighth season with the Chiefs and third season as the Chiefs quarterbacks coach in 2025. Girardi has worked with the offense since QB Patrick Mahomes' first season as a starter (2018). Prior to his promotion he spent two seasons as the pass game analyst/assistant quarterbacks coach (2021-22) and three seasons as the offensive quality control coach (2018-20).
