Background

Clinton McMillan joins the Patriots in 2025 as defensive line coach after four seasons in various defensive roles with the Tennessee Titans, most recently as assistant defensive line/pass rush specialist. In 2022, the Titans ranked first in the NFL in rushing defense with McMillan as a defensive line assistant, and DT Jeffery Simmons earned a Pro Bowl nod. Before the NFL, McMillan held college roles including senior analyst at Florida State and defensive run game coordinator at UT Martin. He played defensive tackle at Florida and was a member of the 2006 BCS National Championship team.
