WR1 — Mike Evans — Signed a 3-year, $60M deal in free agency. At 33, he's the clear top target and red-zone weapon in Kyle Shanahan's offense. (from the Mike Evans page)
WR2 — Deebo Samuel — Reunited on a 1-year, $7M deal after Pearsall's season-ending IR. He'll also get carries out of the backfield and return kicks, as GM John Lynch confirmed Samuel will be "used all over the field." He's fluent in Shanahan's system from his 2019–2024 stint. Essentially gone — Brandon Aiyuk — Still on the Reserve/Left Squad list, hasn't filed for reinstatement, and is considered "essentially untradeable" per ESPN's Jeremy Fowler.
On Flock Fantasy, they noted the 49ers' WR room has seen massive turnover — no more Aiyuk, no more Jauan Jennings — and Stribling was a polarizing pick at #33.
