Unfortunately, yes — Terry McLaurin is out for the rest of the 2026 season. He suffered a severe left knee injury in Week 6 against the 49ers (carted off with an air cast), and both Commanders coach Dan Quinn and reporting from Ian Rapoport have confirmed the team is bracing for a season-ending outcome (from the Terry McLaurin page).
The specific diagnosis (ACL/MCL tear, etc.) was still pending MRI results as of Oct 20, but all signs point to him being done for the year. With Jayden Daniels also dealing with blood clots and Marcus Mariota at QB, Washington's passing attack takes a massive hit — rookie Antonio Williams and veteran Stefon Diggs now lead the receiver room.
