Zac Woodfin is in his second season with the Titans as director of sports performance, arriving in Tennessee with 18 years of experience in the strength and conditioning field. He previously spent two years (2022-23) as director of player performance and wellness for the USFL/UFL and was director of athletic performance at Missouri (2020-21), Kansas (2017-19) and Southern Mississippi (2015-16). He was head strength and conditioning coach at his alma mater, UAB, in 2014, earning FootballScoop's Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year, and got his first NFL experience as an assistant strength coach with the Green Bay Packers (2011-13). A native of Prattville, Ala., Woodfin played linebacker at UAB, where he became the program's all-time leading tackler, and spent time in the NFL and NFL Europe.
