Brown was the Carolina Panthers' offensive coordinator in 2023, taking over play-calling mid-season and earning NFLPA recognition as one of the league's top coordinators. He spent 2020-22 with the Los Angeles Rams as running backs coach and then assistant head coach, winning Super Bowl LVI, and previously spent nine years in college football coaching running backs at Miami, Georgia, Wisconsin and South Carolina. A former Georgia running back, Brown was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in 2008.
