Sarah Gigantino Hogan enters her third season as the team's Coaching Chief of Staff. Hogan joined the Commanders after serving as the director of coaching operations for the Atlanta Falcons in 2023, having spent two prior seasons as the Falcons' assistant director of coaching operations and earlier roles in coaching operations and scouting administration from 2015-20. Before Atlanta, she was the director of football operations at Georgia State University from 2010-15 and held the same role at Northeastern University. Hogan received a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and sport management from James Madison University in 2004 and a master's in sports administration from Georgia State in 2006.
