Bill Callahan has guided 14 offensive linemen to a total of 35 Pro Bowl selections across 27 years in the NFL, including 24 seasons coaching the offensive line, and was the 2024 PFWA Paul "Dr. Z" Zimmerman Award recipient for lifetime achievement as an NFL assistant.
