# Did Josh Allen play in the Bills' new stadium opener against the Lions?

Based on the wiki, the Bills' **Week 2 game against the Lions** was slated as the **home opener at the new Highmark Stadium** — a Thursday Night matchup. However, the wiki content on Josh Allen's page is written as a **preview** (not a recap), so there's no post-game result or confirmation that the game has already taken place in the wiki's current data (from the [Josh Allen page](https://chatffb.com/players/josh-allen)).

What I *can* tell you: the preview fully expected Josh Allen to start and lead the Bills in that game, with no mention of him being injured or sidelined. But I can't give you a definitive "yes, he played" or the final stat line — the wiki doesn't have that result yet. If you've got a specific game in mind that already happened, I'm unfortunately missing that detail in my current data.
